The purpose of
SKTO`s Nurses On-Line service is to assist employers with managing the ongoing risk associated with workers` compensation claims and their relationship to premiums and reserves charged by insurance carriers.
SKTO also markets preferred medical services through its facilitation partners to its PEO client base.
According to the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations, there are more than 700 PEOs in the US with 2008 gross revenues of $68 Billion!
SKTO`s intention is to strategically roll-out is Nurses On-Line and ancillary fee based services initially to these US based PEOs.

SKTO has signed a three year co-marketing agreement with Smart-Tek Automated Services Inc. which provides financial services to small and medium-size businesses.
This relieves its clients from many of the day-to-day tasks that impact their core business operations, such as payroll processing, human resources support, workers` compensation insurance, safety programs, employee benefits, and other administrative and aftermarket services predominantly related to staffing - staff leasing, temporary staffing and co-employment.
The contract is expected to generate $360k in revenues for

Smart-Tek has agreed to co-market
SKTO`s services to Smart-Tek employees as well as to other PEO`s throughout the country.
SKTO has also just signed a two year contract with Leading Edge Benefits Inc., an Englewood, New Jersey discount medical provider.
The contract will service the more than 19k Leading Edge members and will provide 24/7 nurse support for medical related issues.
SKTO President Peter Bell commented, "Leading Edge Benefits is a perfect consumer extension of our Nurses On-Line product line. It shows that the company can service multiple markets simultaneously including the PEO and worker`s compensation sectors and address the needs of the average hard working American."
In a recent sampling, over 74% of Leading Edge`s clients were trying to reduce their health costs, and over 43% stated that they would try a Nurses On-Line service to reduce their medical expenditures!
Nurses On-Line will charge each user a monthly $10 fee and a $25 dollar per call after the first free call a month. Leading Edge Benefits will be adding the Nurses On-Line option on all new clients and for existing monthly renewals.
SKTO has signed a two year contract with Allegiant Professional Business Services Inc., a $100 million annual revenue staffing and PEO (Professional Employer Organization) to service its 20,000 plus employees.
"This contract with Allegiant, validates that our cost saving strategies can be implemented by a large business and assist them in effectively managing their insurance and worker`s compensation claims," said

ATAS), a California based Professional Employer Organization (PEO) primarily providing human resource services to employers of long-haul truckers.
The contract will begin to cover the more than 3,000 employees over the next 180 days, and will provide 24/7 nurse support for any medical related issues.
Worker`s compensation laws are a government mandated, employer provided benefit; and employers have a statutory obligation to provide medical and income benefits to injured workers.
According to the California Division of Worker`s Compensation, in California alone, there was an estimated $7 Billion in Worker`s compensation losses in the year 2007!
SKTO`s Nurses On-Line program is designed to help employers, and indirectly insurers, reduce the costs associated with worker`s compensation claims.
