Genmed Signs Five Year Deal with Irish Multi-National
Pharmaceutical Distributor
AMSTERDAM--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Genmed Holding Corp. (OTCBB:
GENM.ob -
News) has entered into a five year distribution contract with an
Irish multi-national pharmaceutical distribution company which
maintains one of the largest pharmaceutical distribution networks
in the United Kingdom. The agreement between the companies marks
the first of its kind for Genmed.
While specific details of the agreement cannot be released, Genmed
is disclosing that pricing for Genmed`s generic analgesic,
Paracetamol, has been agreed upon and deliveries are being
scheduled for the 2nd quarter of 2011. The product will be rolled
out to the distributor`s network of more than 1,200 pharmacies
starting in the 3rd quarter of 2011.
GenMed Chief Executive Officer, Erwin Bouwens said, "This agreement
marks a giant milestone for our company. It is an enormous
opportunity and lays the framework for other cooperative
partnerships we are seeking throughout the EU."
