Biozoom, Inc. (OTCBB:BIZM) Halts Its Drop

9BIZMchart.pngSince Wednesday the stock of Biozoom, Inc (OTCBB:BIZM) has been crashing hard, losing more than a dollar in just 2 sessions. On Friday the stock opened higher then its previous close but quickly began plummeting once again. Still after the initial drop it managed to stabilize and despite fluctuating quite a bit at closing time it was sitting at $3.18.

This means that the promotion for BIZM might continue further on. As we informed you  the company is displaying some of the more obvious signs of a pump scheme. OTCmarkets were even forced to brand them with the skull and crossbones mark. The company touting BIZM for apparently no compensation at all – Global Investor Research LLP, are further expanding their ad campaign by supposedly taking a full page in The New York Times’ business section.

And less than an hour ago BIZM themselves released the big news that their “portable, handheld device for real-time biofeedback” has entered commercial production with the first shipment expected to be delivered in September. This information is quite significant but its impact might have been bigger if BIZM didn’t fill the rest of the press release with the same bombastic but incredibly vague statements about major multinational cosmetics companies and consumer goods producers.

Investors might once again return to the stock in light of this revelation but they shouldn’t forget that the majority of red flags around the company are still their. Just 6 months ago BIZM were a shell with no underlying business, no assets and no revenues so the current market capitalization of $189 million has nothing supporting it.

2PSONchart.pngFriday’s session brought some hope to the devastated traders who were lured by Prince Mexico S.A, Inc. (OTCMKTS:LUVE). The company had lost more than 75% of its value in just two days despite the well-funded $350 thousand pump but managed to claw its way back to $0.15. Petrosonic Energy, Inc. (OTCMKTS:PSON) also managed to reverse their trend and finished the week with a 15% gain despite the massive scandal going on around them.
