DoMark International Inc (OTCMKTS:DOMK) Insufficient Pumping

90LOGO.pngThe promotional effort for DoMark International Inc (OTCMKTS:DOMK) isn’t going really well for their stock prices. There is no increase in price per share or in the volume traded for the moment.

DOMK_chart.pngThe last sessions didn’t go so bad for DOMK and their stock managed to climb up to $0.08. That, however, doesn’t mean they are not only relying on pumps instead of products to gain money. Let’s take a quick look at their financial state from their last quarterly report covering the period ended February 28 and see if they are worth the $3.3 million market cap that they have.

cash: $5.4 thousand
current liabilities: $819 thousand
revenue: $1.3 thousand
net loss: $5.7 million

When you take a closer look the only thing that is increasing in DOMK‘s financials is loss. For the three months ended on February 28 they managed to make a profit that is roughly 3% of the revenue for 9 months. It seems that things are not going well with their products and sales are on the low.

We saw an announcement from yesterday stating that they are going to cancel 50 thousand of their preferred shares which would be equal to 50 million of common A shares. This might encourage investors to rush in, but sadly you can never tell what the directors of a small cap company such as DOMK might decide to do in the near future.

As we noted in our previous article they claim to have entered an agreement to acquire 44% of Zaktek Ltd. a UK company that is supposedly developing PhonepadPlus. They claim that Zaktek have participated in designing, developing and securing manufacturing and license/ distribution agreements.

The real deal, however, is that the Phonepad is not something new. In fact when you look in the contact form of the website made for the Phonepad you can see that it is distributed exclusively by High Fliers Films PLC.

Having all that in mind one may have second thoughts about investing in DOMK. Be sure to do your due diligence and proceed carefully when investing in small cap companies such as DOMK.
