[[tagnumber 0]][[tagnumber 1]]The stock of PostRock Energy Corporation (OTCMKTS:PSTR) has been struggling quite a lot  for quite some time. After moving in an almost straight line between the $10 and $15 per share mark through most of 2014 we saw the ticker plummet in the final months of last year.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]As it entered 2015 [[tagnumber 6]]PSTR[[tagnumber 7]] made a few attempts at recovery which failed spectacularly. As of lateAugust, the company stock even got delisted from the NASDAQ national exchange, after failing to meet certain requirements. And although [[tagnumber 6]]PSTR[[tagnumber 7]] has some pretty decent numbers to show in its financial reports, things haven’t been going very well.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]cash: $3.05 million[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]total assets: $139.5 million[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]total liabilities: $178.16 million[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]quarterly revenues: $11.17 million[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]quarterly net loss: $53.31 million[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]As we have previously stated, even though impressive, the fundamentals have been declining. The revenues have dropped almost 50% compared to the same period last year, while we see a significant increase in net loss and a steep decline in assets.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]According to recent press releases even the management doesn’t have much faith left in the company’s future. This led to another 38.81% drop in yesterday’s session that pushed [[tagnumber 6]]PSTR[[tagnumber 7]] to a new low of $0.41 while a total of 242 thousand traded shares generated $100 thousand in daily dollar volume.[[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]] [[tagnumber 2]] [[tagnumber 0]]Despite the disappointing vies of the company’s future we see that the ticker is a bit more stable today. In any case, you should be sure to do your due diligence and weigh out all the risks before putting any money on the line.[[tagnumber 2]]
