Spectral Capital Corp. (OTCMKTS:FCCN) – Ready For A Second Pump This Month

FCCNchart.pngLess than a week has passed since the last promotion for Spectral Capital Corp. (OTCMKTS:FCCN) and we have once again began receiving emails touting the company. This time the sums passed around are a bit more serious. WallStreetScoop decided to take part for $20 000 while Stockchart LLC, owner of 007 Stock Chat and PennySt0ckSpy, bagged only $9000.

Despite the multiple awareness campaigns the ticker has failed to generate any positive movements meeting serious resistance at the $0.40 levels for the past two weeks. The routine for the stock seems to be to open lower than the previous close, recover the lost ground just to start all over again on the next day. The last significant spike was back on April 30 and it was due to yet another pump this time for $40000 paid by Winning Media. Ann entity that is quite active and back in February paid $65 000 for the promotion of Hokutou Holdings International, Inc. (OTCMKTS:HKTU).

HKTUchart.pngBut let’s get back to FCCN. They have now returned to the business of audio and video search engines after a two year stint in the natural resources sector. During this period thay managed to acquire properties in Russia, Kazakhstan and Alberta, Canada but have ultimately decided to get rid of them. After the return to the previous business model their financials look a lot better. According to the quarterly report at the end of March they had:

  • $1 million cash
  • $1.3 million total current assets
  • $146 thousand total liabilities
  • no revenue
  • $737 thousand net loss

The company is still reliant on its stock in order to generate funds. On May 8 they announced that a beta version of their product has been made public for all android smartphones which means that it there is still quite a lot of time before they can start charging people for its use. Not to mention the strong competition they will face in the search engine area both from the industry’s giants and small start-up companies.

Experienced traders may try to play the pump but there is no way to predict how the ticker will react to the promotion. If you want to stay on the safe side be sure to do you own research.
