America Resources Exploration Inc. (OTCBB:AREN) Is Still Squirming

America Resources Exploration Inc. (OTCBB:AREN) failed to maintain the momentum it gathered on Thursday in the session that followed, and once more started slipping on Friday.

The timing of AREN‘s latest jump coincides with the company’s latest press release. It announced that the company has made yet another property acquisition, but unlike AREN‘s previous announcements, it actually gave investors some relevant information on the matter.

For instance, it revealed the fact that AREN “will issue 500,000 shares for the acquisition to the sellers at a value of 0.97 per share, effectively valuing this purchase at $485,000”.

Technically, half a million more shares of AREN stock are not likely to make much of a difference – the company’s common stock is horribly diluted even the way it is now. However, the fact that those shares can be dumped on the market at any given point in time, possibly even all at once, should definitely be considered by both opportunistic traders and loyal AREN supporters.

The prospect becomes even more frightening once the realization sinks in that AREN‘s pump seems to be failing. The dollar volumes are obviously diminishing, and the ticker is sliding. Sure, pump e-mails are still being sent, with Sep. 4 seeing at least 14 different touts hitting inboxes, but this time it seems AREN may be cut down to size for good.

This is why investors perhaps more than ever should be extra careful when dealing with AREN stock.
