Blue Earth, Inc. (OTCMKTS:BBLU) Expands Buying Volumes, Price Gains Momentum

Blue Earth, Inc. (OTCMKTS:BBLU) jumped easily through the $3 barrier, adding a little more than 6% on Monday. The company is a self- mover in the past few days, marking a trend on increasing buying volumes. The inertia is making this ticker attractive, although the last promotional email is a few days old. A new message could boost the trend further. BBLU0611.png

BBLU is up about three times since the promotional emails started, and volumes are on a steadily increasing trend since the beginning of 2013. So far, BBLU has been confined to a respectable range, between 80 cents and $1.80, and looks more credible than other penny stocks dealing in alternative energy. The company seems to have a pipeline of much-demanded solar park projects.CCTC0611.png

This is reflected in the financial reports, holding:

  • $458 thousand cash
  • $6.6 million total current assets
  • $8 million total current liabilities
  • $2.8 million revenues
  • $1.8 million net loss

Clean technologies may be expensive, and BBLU holds initial debt, but so far manages to stave off worse outcomes by compensating with stock financing. While this can’t go on forever, so far BBLU has reserves and it recently secured a $10 million revolving credit line, an indicator for long-term aspirations. But this may be irrelevant in the short term, as the 300% climb this sprint seems a bit too steep and may be in for a bit of a correction soon.

BBLU may be left to drift off, and another clean technology company, Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (OTCMKTS:CCTC) is in active promotion. This time, the trading is much choppier, with big daily changes and a dramatic swing in volume. BBLU is the safer version of the clean energy idea, but right now at the peak of a trend stands shakier.

BBLU received a minor promotion, paid in 80,000 company shares, from SmallCapStockPlays. This is by no means a blatant and aggressive pump, but still enough to attract a bit more attention to a company with a potential. Still, no matter the past history of solar projects, a change in direction is always a possibility and to choose BBLU your own research is still needed.
