American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB) Expects Zazzz Mach 2 Out in December
Yesterday was another red market day for American Green, Inc. (OTCMKTS:ERBB). The slip brought ERBB a total of 20% down over the last three sessions. The company has not made any new press announcements but did publish information on its storied Zazzz machine on its Facebook page.
ERBB has not come up with new official PR in over a month now. However, the company keeps teasing investors with small, largely inconsequential updates on its Facebook page. Yesterday the company posted a new photo of the Zazzz machine, now showcasing two of its own products on the Mach 2 large touch screen. ERBB said software work on the new machine had begun on Oct 24, two weeks ago. Hopefully, the company will not need a week to implement each 3D scanned product in the machine’s software.
More importantly, ERBB also stated that orders keep coming in and those orders will be ‘fulfilled’ in early December. There is no word on the company missing its previous deadline – a launch in multiple states across the U.S. ‘in November’. Seeing how ERBB missed three consecutive launch windows for the Zazzz machine spanning four months with hardly any comment or explanation, it’s probably best that investors take any new launch information with a grain of salt.
Investors are also, understandably, getting impatient. ERBB investor Jim Byington commented under the Facebook post, pleading “Stop leaving us investors in the dark, update us.” As quoted in a CNN Money piece from May 2014, ERBB‘s Stephen Shearin expected to have 1,000 machines operating in various dispensaries by Christmas. The current reality of two older, Mach 1 machines installed in Colorado is a far cry from those bold plans.
ERBB has been reporting orders for the Zazzz and promising investors that the launch is just around the corner for six months now. Time will tell whether the company will deliver in early December. In the meantime, investors will be able to take a look at ERBB‘s next quarterly report which should be out next week. This should make for interesting reading and give people something to talk about until ‘early December’ comes around.
