StockTips Are Not Giving Up On The COASTAL INTGRDT SVCS (OTCMKTSCOLV) Pump

Despite the fact that the stock of Coastal INTGRTD SVCS (OTCMKTS:COLV) has crashed hard several times since the start of the pump StockTips are still sticking with their pick and it seems to be working. COLV wiped nearly 30% of their value last Tuesday but thanks to the artificial hype of the paid promotion they’ve managed to recover nearly all of the losses. On Friday the stock surged by another 17% closing the week at $0.128 per share.

Although the disclosed budget for the pump of $4.5 million is almost certainly exaggerated the money is enough to keep StockTips touting the stock. The latest email alert came early in the morning on Friday and certainly played a big role in the positive outcome of the session. Today another pump newsletter joined the promotion and although their disclosed compensation is of only $7,500 they are going to tout COLV for an entire month.

It is important for investors to realize that at the moment COLV should be regarded solely as a pump play surrounded by red flags. If you are determined to play the stock setting up appropriate time horizons for your trades is of vital importance. The fictional co-editor of StockTips Mr. Mike Statler may be hyping up the stock now but if you do even a cursory amount of research you will see that all of the previous picks suffered devastating crashes and all those who failed to sell their holdings at the right moment incurred massive losses.

And indeed, the only thing keeping COLV at its current price range is the hype generated by the pump. Left on its own the company will have to support its current market cap of more than $45 million with the following fundamentals:

• $794 cash and total assets !!!
• $256 thousand total current liabilities
• ZERO revenue
• $19 thousand net loss

Not to mention that while you are buying COLV’s shares at nearly 13 cents at the moment last year the company issued more than 52 million shares at $0.001 as a conversion of debt. With the increased interest and unprecedented daily volumes created by the promotion the owners of these discounted shares can simply dump them on the market and walk away with millions in profits.
