SUPERST0CKPLAYS.com Creates a Hyper Week for Harmonic Energy, Corp. (OTC:ASUV)

The beginning of a new month revives tickers that in their general trend go downhill. The past week saw Harmonic Energy, Corp. (OTC:ASUV) climb healthily on good buying volumes, and almost compensate for its sudden drops in December. ASUV0204.png

The volume and price became even more active for ASUV after a short pumping campaign with a budget of $10,000. The promoter is SUPERST0CKPLAYS.com and its main play is to announce upcoming $10 million funding to expand the company’s operations, as well as a 2013 earnings outlook. However, the upcoming funding is still non-binding and has not been stated in an 8-K filing as usual. SWVI0204.png

Without the promised funding, the company shows a more modest financial profile:

  • $31,633 cash
  • $212,180 current liabilities
  • Zero revenues
  • $20,112 net loss

The company, with a surprising market cap of $89 million, is still in the initial stages of its tyre regeneration program. Trading at a relatively high $1.42, the ticker has been extremely active since November. The fall of last year was when ASUV started advertising its business outlook with a series of press releases, lifting up volumes to 500,000 shares per day.

Since the company has shown potential to go down by a third and more in a single day, and wipe out most of its value in a period of selling, we advise caution. Although 2013 is pointed as a year in which ASUV will start generating revenues, the promise is still a far cry from the high stock price at the moment. FARE0204.png

The company made some noise with the announcement of its own YouTube channel, an unimpressive feat at best, with videos unlikely to attract true interest. Yet the news generated impressions and alerted investors to the existence of this small cap company.

SUPERST0CKPLAYS.com is currently visibly aiding Swingplane Ventures, Inc. (OTC:SWVI), which moved 100% up from 20 to nearly 40 cents. The same pumper helped the World Moto, Inc. (OTC:FARE) hype in December, but quickly after that the company fell to selling off of positions. Swingplane Ventures comes with severe warnings that it may drop in price, but this is true of almost any promoted stock. Soon after the buzz ends, tickers lose a significant part of their value, so it is best to estimate your own capabilities for absorbing losses before buying the future promise.
