Two-Pronged Pump Game For Transfer Technology International Corp (PINK:TTIN)

TTIN_chart.pngTwo separate promotions have just kicked off in favour of Transfer Technology International Corp (PINK:TTIN) after the company announced a slight change of business, as well as intentions to enter a multi-billion dollar market niche. Where will this bring TTIN shares to?

How did the pump job unfold, though? It all started on Mar. 28 when TTIN management revealed plans to change the company’s name to Enviro-Serv, Inc. ‘to better reflect’ its new business strategy. The latter involves developing a sustainable portfolio of businesses offering a wide variety of property maintenance services through a series of acquisitions. A few days later, TTIN disclosed an LOI to acquire a Florida-based provider of lawn and landscaping services, followed by a solemn declaration to enter a market worth billions of dollars.

As it seems, the two promoters in charge of the current pump job on TTIN – Inside Bulls and PennyPlayOfTheDay – built their emails upon those corporate updates, leaving us with a sneaking suspicion that there might be more to this timing than meets the eye. Considering the recent lack of interest in the stock (prior to Apr. 2, TTIN shares were last traded on Feb. 25), the last few corporate updates appear to have got the ball rolling again. The promotional touting, on the other hand, is expected to give TTIN shares a boost on the market.

TTIN_logo.JPGA change of business is always welcome during hard times, which is why the company’s managers deserve the credit for trying to move ahead with a new venture. However, this will be the sixth time the company has changed its corporate identity. What we see here are a number of failed attempts to change for the better, which is why yet another try to break new ground will hardly prove to be an exception.

Even if we were to assume that CEO Christoph Trina and his fellows are on the right track this time, the mere fact that the stock is under promotional assault places us on red alert. Those of you willing to take the risk by investing in TTIN are advised to do their thorough research and tread warily.
