Why Xumanii, Inc. f/k/a Medora Corp (OTCMKTS:XUII) Isn’t the Best Stock to Buy

XUII_Chart.pngIn an email on Sunday, Awesome Penny Stocks (APS) tries to explain why Xumanii, Inc. f/k/a Medora Corp (OTCMKTS:XUII) could be the best stock to buy this Summer. The slightest amount of due diligence suggests otherwise.

Last Friday XUII closed down 6.18% at $0.258 per share on nearly 3.5 million shares. There are plenty of reasons one could suspect this isn’t the lowest XUII will go.

3GOFFE.pngEven the simple fact that XUII is an APS pump job should be enough for the public to know where it’s headed. Anyone can check the history of APS and see that all their picks have crashed into oblivion like Goff Corp (OTCBB:GOFFE) which was pumped in March and April.

On top of that, XUII has actually performed worse than most APS pumps. APS announced it as a pick on May 13 and it surged to about $0.40. Since then it has had two short trips above $0.425. As I stated in my previous article on June 5, APS pump jobs last about a month and XUII is getting dangerously close to that mark. Chances of it going up significantly are slim to none.

In the aforementioned email the pumpers claim that XUII has “numerous artists deals…” I won’t even go to what the actual number of deals is, what is more important are the results. None of those deals has resulted in any revenue for XUII. Instead it’s basically the company paying an artist to broadcast their live performance.

They also go on about how XUII said the Akon live broadcast showed a 600% increase in traffic and sign-ins. Which doesn’t mean much considering the company doesn’t provide a solid number. Then, of course, APS goes to its theory about the “naked short sellers.” That argument is proven mute by the simple fact that the price has been dropping since about May 20, and the promised “short squeeze” hasn’t happened.

An argument can be made that the involvement of Victory Mark’s newsletters (Select Penny Stocks, Penny Stock Heroes, etc.) has something to do with the underwhelming performance of XUII. That may indeed be the case. It will be interesting to see what happens with the next pick, although it’s too early to say when that will be announced.
