Growth Fund

A growth fund is a diversified portfolio of stocks that primarily aims to increase capital without relying too much on dividend payouts. The portfolio will be comprised of companies with more than average growth in earnings, and mostly reinvests these earnings into acquisitions, research or expansion. Growth funds are riskier and more volatile than value or blend funds.
