Kicker Pattern

A kicker pattern shows a two-bar candlestick pattern and predicts a change in the direction of an asset price's trend. A kicker pattern shows a very sharp price reversal between the two candlesticks. Additionally, the kicker pattern is very useful to traders in determining which group of market participants are in control of the direction, and is seen to be one of the most reliable reversal patterns. Kicker patterns also signals that a dramatic change in the related company's fundamentals.
