Overbought

Overbought is when the demand for a certain asset pushes the price of an underlying asset to unjustifiable levels. In technical analysis, overbought also means that the price of a security has risen to a certain degree that an oscillator has reached its upper bound, and is seen as a signal that the asset has become overvalued and may undergo a pullback.
