Zero Minus Tick

The zero-minus tick happens when a series of trade happens where in the second trade price is lower than the previous trade price, but is the same as the last trade price. For instance, a series of trade executed at $12, $11 and then $11 again would be called a zero-minus tick, or zero downtick, trade.
