10-K Wrap

A 10-K wrap is a summary of the company's annual performance. It is essentially an annotated 10-K report submitted by the company and includes corporate vision, business overview and letter to shareholders, among other things. It is usually released in lieu of a formal annual report, which contains more images and comments from management.
