The 10-K is a comprehensive report summarizing a company's annual performance. This is usually submitted within 60 days after the end of the company's fiscal year to the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The 10-K typically has more information than an annual report and can include company history, equity, holdings, EPS, subsidiaries among other things.
