Head And Shoulders Pattern

A head-and-shoulders pattern is a chart formation wherein the stock price rises to a peak and falls, then rising to a higher peak then falls again, and finally rising again, but doesn't reach the second peak before falling again. The first and third peaks are the shoulders, while the second peak serves as the head. This pattern usually signifies a trend reversal.
