Inverse Head And Shoulders

An inverse head and shoulders pattern forecasts the reversal of a downtrend. Inverse head and shoulders show price movements falling to a trough then rising and then falling below the first trough then rising again. After that, the price falls again, but not below the second trough, then rising to the level of resistance found at the levels of the previous troughs. This pattern is also called "head and shoulders bottom" or "reverse head and shoulders".
