Value Investing

Value investing is an investment strategy wherein one chooses stocks that are undervalued or are trading for less than their intrinsic values. Undervalued stocks are those whose values do not correspond to long term fundamentals, and results from an overreaction to good or bad news. Value investors get the opportunity to profit by buying in when the price is low.
