Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board - OTCBB

The Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board, or OTCBB, is a regulated electronic trading service that shows last-sale prices, real-time quotes, and volume information for over-the-counter equity securities. Offered by the National Association of Securities Dealers, the companies listed on this exchange do not have to deal with listing requirements, but they are required to file current financial statements with the SEC or a similar regulator.
